Suggested use

Adults: Chew 2 tablets with or before each meal. Children (age 4 & up): Chew 1 tablet with or before each meal. Keep lid tightly sealed. 

Other ingredients

Fructose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, natural flavors, maltodextrin, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), citric acid, beet root powder and silicon dioxide. 

Not manufactured with milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nut or sesame ingredients.
