Lion's mane is an edible mushroom with a long history of use among traditional herbalists in Asia for the maintenance of general well-being. More recent scientific research suggests that certain constituents in lion's mane may support neuronal health. NOW® Lion's Mane uses the mushroom's fruiting bodies, which contain naturally occurring beta-glucans.
